Bolton Place Detached Homes Prices & Investment Guide Floor Plans — Detached Homes

Floor plans at Bolton Place are still a pricing problem for single-family buyers. Opus Homes has announced two collection tiers — townhomes and single-family detached homes — and has not published the plan names, interior sizes, or lot widths that would let a household compare those tiers on a per-square-foot or deposit basis. As of September 6, 2026, there is no public package to download.

Detached Homes — the same collection, framed here around price-per-square-foot and resale comparisons once pricing is available. Inventing model names or quoting square footage from Founders Walk, SouthCal Homes, or another Opus Homes community would make the page look complete and make it wrong. Any third-party floor-plate graphic without an Opus Homes source should be treated as unverified.

For households screening Bolton Place as a detached allocation, the useful split today is product type, not elevation. Detached lots typically launch with a higher opening price, a lot-premium schedule, and a different garage or frontage mix than towns. None of those differences have been announced. Until they are, both collections sit in the same coming-soon bucket, with detached treated as the primary read on this site.

Detached Homes

Single-family detached homes are the collection this guide is built around. Once Opus Homes publishes opening prices, interior square footage, and lot frontages, this tier is the one buyers will screen on a price-per-square-foot basis and against resale detached sales in existing Bolton. Lot premiums, garage counts, and plan names have not been published.

Townhomes

Townhomes are the second planned collection at Bolton Place. They sit beside the detached tier as a lower entry point in most GTA freehold launches, but that spread is still unknown here. Until a brochure exists, do not treat townhomes as a priced substitute for a detached lot.

What a released detached plan set usually unlocks

Once a GTA freehold builder publishes a collection sheet, buyers can start doing the work this page cannot do yet: estimate a price per square foot, compare a 36-foot or 40-foot detached lot against a 20-foot town, and decide whether a walkout or extra-wide lot is worth a premium they have not been shown. That work is premature for Bolton Place. Interior square footage is the missing denominator; lot frontage is the missing premium driver.

Resale comparisons in existing Bolton will only become useful after those two numbers exist. A 2,400-square-foot detached home on an established street cannot be lined up against a coming-soon plan that has no published size. Occupancy timing is also unreleased and should not be inferred from other Opus Homes communities in Pickering, Brampton, or Stouffville. A later closing changes carrying cost and assignment window even if the opening price looks similar to a neighbour.

What detached buyers usually ask first, once a sheet exists: width of the lot, whether the product is two-storey or bungalow, how many cars the garage holds, and whether a walkout or extra-wide lot is a paid upgrade. None of those answers are public for Bolton Place. A "detached" label without a frontage is not enough to compare against a 40-foot resale on an older Bolton street.

Buyers who already know they want a bungalow, a two-storey, or a particular garage count should still treat those preferences as a filter for a future brochure, not as a claim that Bolton Place will offer them. Public sources only confirm that detached homes are planned alongside towns. They do not confirm a bungalow collection, a ravine lot, or a 50-foot product. If those show up later, they will be added to this page as a sourced update.

Registering here does not lock a plan. It is how a household gets the PDF when the Registration Team receives it. If a sales centre later splits towns and singles into separate release dates, that split will be noted on this page. No such split has been announced. Sizes, lot frontages, and garage counts remain to be announced.
