Bolton Place Detached Homes Prices & Investment Guide is an independent information and registration website for Bolton Place, a pre-construction community by Opus Homes near The Gore Road and King Street in Bolton, Caledon, Ontario. It is not the official website of Opus Homes and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the builder. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation by Opus Homes. This site is also a separate resource from any companion website covering the same project on another domain.

Starting prices, deposit structure, occupancy timing, assignment policy, floor-plan sizes, and unit counts have not been published by Opus Homes and are labelled as to be announced. They must be verified when the builder releases them. Some third-party listings refer to the project as Bolton Place at Caledon Station; whether that naming means Bolton Place is part of the Argo Development Corp Caledon Station master plan has not been independently confirmed.
